Prerna Singh
Prerna is the Programme Director of one of Transitions Research's initiatives, Climate Adaptation Learning Lab (CALL). Her work focuses on adaptation and resilience research, monitoring and evaluation, and multi-stakeholder collaboration for a step-change in adaptation as part of the Adaptation Research Alliance (ARA) Secretariat Strategic Learning and Tracking Partnership. In the past, she has worked in the space of climate resilience and uncertainty, and bridging the gap between engineering and community resilience through extensive inter-disciplinary research. She has also worked on post-disaster assessments and recovery planning for Cambodia and states in India vulnerable to climate hazards. She has a Ph.D. in Infrastructure System Resilience, an MS in Transportation Systems from the School of CEE at Georgia Tech, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Gandhinagar.
