Divya Sharma is Executive Director of Climate Group in India. In this capacity she is leading a team of professionals who work with businesses and Governments around critical systems on climate action and a net zero world, ranging from Industries, Transport , Energy, and Built Environment. She is an International climate and urban development expert, specialising in climate resilience and urban development planning with almost 20 years in India and internationally.

Divya has worked in various capacities and wore different hats including that of a thought leader and a knowledge communicator, a policy planning consultant, a keen researcher, and an academician; and a leader-mentor to fellow colleagues. She has extensively worked with government at all levels in India and abroad, international development agencies and foundations and research community and academia.
