Amia Srinivasan is the Chichele Professor of Social and Political Theory at All Souls College, University of Oxford. She is the author of The Right to Sex: Feminism in the Twenty-first Century (Farrar, Straus and Giroux), which was shortlisted for the National Book Critics Circle Award for Criticism in the US and was an instant Sunday Times bestseller in the UK.

Amia’s essays and criticism — on feminism, animals, death, the university, technology, anger and other topics — have appeared in the London Review of Books, Financial Times, New Yorker, New York Review of Books, New York Times, Harper’s and The Nation.
